I'm think about buying a bazooka bass tube for a friend's b-day present. The guy wanted a little more bass in his car, but didn't want subwoofer, he doesn't like jacking up the music. Anyway, I had a question, does the 01 Accord Coupe V6 EX come with a stock amp? Does the bass tube require a amp to operate? And how hard is to install, is there any RCA wires to install with the bass tube or just regular speaker wires or...........? Will the bass tube even connect to his factory deck without any special accessories or anything? Thanks in advance!

 

get the tube with the built in AMP. that should take care of that.. and all you do is splice into the stock deck wires with the 4 wires from the tube. you'll see when you read the instructions... i don't think there are any rca pre-outs on the stock deck...
