Are donut gaskets lifetime use?

Are the b-pipe and header donut gaskets lifetime use or do they need to be replaced after sometime.

i would change them every time when taking a part the exhaust system because they're so cheap and they do get old, which may cause leaks in the system.

edit: btw, if you never mess with the exhaust system, i would see no reason to change it out.

Does anyone know if the 99-00 Civic Si donut gasket on the b-pipe to axle back is the same as the ITR?

Both have an OEM 2.25" collector, so yes, same part... JDM 2.5' collector can use the S2000 donut gasket

Actually they're 2.00", but yes, they're the same size on both cars.
