hey i have a 94 eg how do i take out my passenger air bag and is there any thing i can put in place of it like any ideas thanks

 

take out the glove, look under the bag..i believe its 4 12 nuts nuts holding it in.. im told if u get a dc tray with a lil customizing you can get it to fit in..

How much customizing is involved? Has any one else done this.

 

why do you want to take it out? make sure you discconect the battery before touching any of the stuff.
ive heard of people breaking bones because it popped unexpectedly.

 

its 4 10 mm nuts to take it out and the back left hand corner is a BITCH to get out

 

i've seen a few egs with ek block off trays in them. i guess it fits better than a dc block off but it goes right to edge of dash where it curls down.
