Pics from the swap, come have a look...56k ehhhhhh you pick
Well, this took place in March over Spring Break and I'm just now getting around to getting the pics together :rolls eyes: laziness has struck again. Yes I know a couple of the pics are blurry but the retard that was behind the camera didnt notice that it was on macro mode until I got the camera. If anyone has any questions about anything feel free to ask, and dont mind my comments by the pics

The ever popular "first things first shot"

Things were off to a good start, several of the hoses decided they wanted to stay with the motor so I had to get creative...

A few hours and a nap later....

The helpers and I (me in the middle)

What I had waiting in my room...

We were still waiting on mounts for the new motor and I got bored so I decided to make it pretty...

Finished Valvecover..

Mounts arrived, went back to work and ended up with this, you can see where I labeled all the vac lines and plugs...

All said and done I replaced the o2 sensor that broke off in the header on the d16 and a new ignition coil for the gsr and cleaned that filthy engine bay out, and ended up with this...

Overall it was fun, and I'd do it all over again if I had the chance. Swap was very straight forward and easy. With the help of b18c1_powered_si (brian wong and his mounts) and Kenji's magical ecu skills she came to life.

So what's everybody think???

I think there's something VHT crinkle paint? something like that, if you search for it, I'm positive you can find out what the stuff actually is...
Edit: Nice work on the swap btw...is that the right upper radiator hose? looks a little awkward
