I can't tell you details as far as miles, but the exedy is going to be a better clutch then an oem. Will help you put down additional power, and should last just as long if you know how to drive.

I believe they are. i have an exedy organic clutch, and it feels nice. It is no 3 puck carbon unit, but it is an improvment over stock.

i believe they are one in the same.
If you dont mind how your stock clutch drives, i suggest sticking with the OEM or an exedy organic. the ole "race" car mods get eventually gets old.

Lesson learned? What happened? Stories? Please inform us with WHY. I had act I loved it, the exedy is pretty good too but I see too many posts of people breaking them quickly.

Ive had my Exedy Organic race clutch for about 15K miles now. 100+ miles a day 7 days a week, mostly city driving, drive it hard on a daily basis and did a few canyon runs. It still grabs like a champ
I had one in my CRX too and it was great.

I think this question is kinda hard to gib inputs to...it all depends how much power your making and then that's how you figure out what clutch you need. There are differant stages for clutch for a perpose. so bak to your question..are you running stock?...do you have any plans for your car?...that will help us answer your question better....but assuming your stock..i'll go with race clutch....being that it might help catch harder...
I have a exedy clutch with a act light fly.12.5 and it works great at first i have a little skeeky noise the fisrts two weeks after that it was fine.
i have had an exedy clutch in my DA for about 15,000 miles now and i like it a lot. the clutch is their street/strip unit and is supposed to be 30% stiffer than stock. mated to a GSR cable tranny and short shifter has improved my launch(18" wheels help a lot in getting the power to the ground but going for a more jdm look song 16" rota's on the way). i suggest doing clutch and flywheel at the same time.
