Is there any differences between the GSR and LS throttle bodies. I just got the Edelbrock 65mm throttle body and it says its for the GSR but it looks like it will work fine for the LS..............

 

well, i have an ls throttle body on my gsr manifold right now, so yeah it works.

 

stock they're diff i think but they are interchangeable just throttle plate is different diameter

 

obd1+ ls and gsr tb's are both 60mm

 

what is the benefit of having a gsr tb on a gsr oppose to an ls

correct i have both at my house and i niticed the same thing the only difference is the cooling hoses under the throttle body but the diameter is the same

Diameter should be different.

Use a caliper and measure it.
