Default oil burning on new build????????help??

I just finished my build:
ls/vtec 81.25 overbore.
completely rebuilt head.

now heres the situation. I started the engine and let it idle around 3k for about 15-20min. Then I let it idle and I really noticed the smoke building up. Now at this point im like WTF. Its not a little bit of smoke, Its a smoke screen kind of oil smoke. Now I did a leak down and had about 95-99% across the board, so I know its not my rings. I had the valve seals replaced at the machine shop so that shouldnt be a issue. I checked the pcv valve and thats working fine.I dreally dont think a oil catch can is gunna solve this problem.

Could this be a valve guide worn out problem???

what else could it be? this is the second engine build that Ive done thats doing this, with the same gsr head. any suggestions on what could cause a engine to burn oil would be great.

its a blueish grey smoke. I thought it might of been fuel, but I trimmed alot out with my vafc and nothing changed.
