Default fuel relay on '92 Acura Integra?

Is there a fuel relay on a 1992 Acura Integra? The car tries to start but I dont hear the fuel pump coming on.

you have to remove the knee panel and take out the metal piece underneath. there are four bolts holding this piece on. just under and to the left of the steering column is the fuel main relay. it is right next to the flasher for your turn signals. they are both connected by a single bolt to a tab. the relay itself is a reddish-brown box about 3"x2"x2". hope this helps.
