Default caster adjustment (help)

The front wheels in my 91 hatch are way too pushed back towards the doors, a freind told me that my caster was way off. Can i adjust the caster on my 91 hatch? I turned these two bolts by the front bumper clockwise and it looks like it worked just a little, should i keep on tighten till the front tires move the front? Or am i just wasting my time?
