Dart blocks come deckplate or stock deck.

Stock deck height is fine.

Street class = no deck plates is the only restriction I see, not all "dart blocks"... is it?

I believe the rules is only OEM blocks. since DART is not OEM you can't use a DART.

All Dart blocks are closed deck. NDRA and IDRC both allow them, along with our cylinder head.

They don't allow the "Deckplate" ones though.

Only the stock deck height.

I think that is reffering to the deck height.
