did a search already and came up with nothing.

I have a recaro srd and it's damn dirty! There's like a stain on the seat that i'd like to take out.

What products do you guys use to clean your seats?

 

what about that oxy -clean spray stuff? i used it on my floor mats and it cleaned em right up..... BUT make sure to test it somewhere that doesn't show very well just in case it doesn't work well with the fabric........

 

any upholstery cleaner will work, just test its somewhere like amy said.

 

and wash it offf your hands right away... if you use the oxy cleaner stuff..... i left it on myy hands and then they turned white and started peeling

 

use suede cleaner..DO NOT USE WATER or any Liquid youll just **** up your seats spray the cleaner but first test in the area and dab the area with a cloth do not scrub it

 

ok nm, what srd's are they? avus, alcantra, velour?

Old ones and JDM seats are alacantra.

USDM recaro's are avus.

 

usdm srd's are velour or avus. im not sure if you can use regular upholstery cleaner on velour.

all i know is i use the srd to sit my fat *** on hahaa

it's suade and color red hahaha

 

recaro's never came in suede.

anyways i made a thread like this a while ago on here. come to find out go to journey's shoe store or any other show store, but i know journeys has it. ask for suede cleaning kit, it comes with brush, eraser, cleaner and protectant. i use all the time and its easy. use the brush to get dirt of, then use the eraser to get out black smudges and dirt spots and the brush again to get any eraser partcles off. next i take a rag and spray cleaner on it and wipe seats. after tat spray protectant on and your good to go.

plastic....i cover my seats in plastic...
