hey check it out i have a vtec solenoid problem. my car is flashing a code p1259 and i checked it out and the chart told me i have a vtec system or solenoid valve malfunction. the car takes 18 dollars of gas every two days i cant go no where cause gas prices are too high. the civic takes the gas like water. i cant figure it out cause the solenoid seems to be in perfect working order. i erased the code on the civic but the car still runs poorly. im thinking that i will have to buy a new one but im hoping that its just dirty. so if you guys can help my out i be very thankful. its a civic ex so is a d16 1999.
