Default Tranny Noises

I have a 91 SiR B16a w/ a B-series cable tranny
I'm getting grinding from 2nd to 3rd and from 3rd to 4th. If I let the RPM's die down a little I can shift w/ no problems.

Is this my synchros? Where can I get new parts for this transmission?

Thanks.

Thanks man, I already did. I'm kind of picky, and from what I can tell OEM Honda works better than anything else for Honda's, i.e. Hondabond, Honda MTF

I would just rather fix the problem now. Thanks again.

I probably would have had to replace my synchros by now if I didnt start using GM synchromesh because mine was grinding bad almost everytime I shifted 3rd. But I never hear it anymore.
