Default GSR CRX Tranny change?

I have a 91 crx with a b18c1 gsr motor and a Y1(non lsd) tranny. My tranny is starting to go so i was wondering what are your opinions about changing out the Y1 for either a YS1(if i can even find one) or S1 and putting a Quaife LSD in one of them.

YS1 (92-93 integra gsr)
3.307
2.105
1.458
1.107
0.880
4.400

Y1
3.166
2.052
1.416
1.103
0.870
4.266

S1 (90-93 integra)
3.166
1.857
1.259
0.935
0.742
4.400

i would get the shortest geared tranny. some people dont like the high revs on freeway... you can swap out the 5th gear with ls longer gears.

I'd go with the YS1 (if you can find one) for the best gearing. The S1 is too long geared for a Vtec motor
