What modifications are needed to make a 96-98 lip work on the 99-00 bumper?

What modifications are needed to make a 96-98 lip work on the 99-00 bumper?
I have a Mugen Style Lip from JDMShit.com. The lip is ABS plastic. It is supposed to be made for the 96-98 Civic front bumper cover. What modifications will be needed in order to make it fit on the 99-00 front bumper cover? If anyone has the answer to this, I really would appreciate it.

The 96 bumber has a wider mouth in the front than the 99-00 bumper.
you should only haveto trim the part that goes into the mouthof the bumper.
I have a 99-00 mugen ABS plastic lip sitting in my place right now that im not using, and tried to sell to a 98 civic coup but the retard kid didnt know how to make it work so he gave it back, i didnt help him get it on because i didnt really like him, if u cant get it to work which you should, i could sell u the one i got, but just try first
