swapping seat rails
before you start taking the rails off look to see if they are the same. on mine the passenger was the same but the driver was different. just start unbolting screws out of the rail assembly till they are off the seats and then do the same to the other chair and switch rails. it is not hard.
don't take this the wrong way but If you don't know what a seat rail looks like then you need to start looking at your car before you do anything to it...
Look at the sides and underside of your seat, the rails are what hold it in, to the frame of the car. There are 4 bolts holding the rails to the frame and then 3 screws/bolts holding teh rail to the seat (varies per side). check that out and see what you can do from there....
