question about 94-97 foglights compatibility
so, let's take a look-see at that cracked foglight casing. The one on the other side works just fine, it lights up when I push the switch-button inside the car and everything. This one shown in the pic, however, has been cracked since...well the car came like that when I bought it. So, question is... if I'm doing a 98+ front conversion soon, will those foglights I have now be compatible? Or are 98-01 OEM fogs so different that these would just have to come off?
And if they are compatible, what exactly do I need to do to fix my broken one? (I know it's a broad question, but I really don't know anything here, lol. What website can I purchase a new foglighT, do I needa re-wire stuff?
can you define compatible?
assuming your ingenuity abilities are down to subzero levels, we'll just say that the fog lights do not fit your 98+ bumpers AS IS.
A bracket can be fabricated to install these fogs into the 98+ bumpers but a safe bet is you wouldnt be able to do it.... and it probably wouldnt be worth the effort to do so anyways.

Sure you could mount them, but it wouldn't look as good since the bumper and fogs are molded specifically to work with each other. Just as an aside, those foglights are the exact same ones used on 92-95 Civic coupes, just with a different bezel.
