Default Motor rebuild???

Ok, ive been told by many that rebuilding the engine of a car that im looking at (a ef with a gsr swapped) would be the best idea considering the motor burns oil...(only when u really get on the gas tho)...The guy that currently owns it says that the rings need replaced...Any suggestions on what else i should replace in the rebuild, (new rings and oil seals means pretty much a total rebuild with all new gaskets<---what was suggested by other friends) any other ideas on how much i should be looking to spend?...any thanks would be greatly appreciated

look on our site on our race block rebuilds. it shows a list of what is included on the different stages of rebuilds.

We have a complete list of what is included. on bottom end gasket kits, it will include the seals, gasket(oil pickup, oil pan), o-rings.
