Intake Air Temp sensor, the 96+ Civics have them in the intake pipe. You either need to get a sensor to fit that or put something over it to plug it.

did you use anything in particular to plug it up. rtv, hondabond, or custom made plate?

check it, you can get creative and thread a brass fitting in there to get a vacuum source. since you have that stupid PURGE solinoid on your fuel rail, that makes a perfect vacuum source instead of running a line all the way to the back of your manifold. when i had my skunk2 manifold, they required a brass fitting to be tapped and threaded in. it was like 2 bucks for a proper 90 degree fitting, and 10 seconds to tap it.

just a suggestion. i would use something non-pliable to seal it, like JB Weld or epoxy.

soft sealants like RTV and hondabond might come loose and end up in your engine. yikes!
