Default Milling, porting, polishing ???'s

Ok I have a 95 coupe w/ D16z6 motor. I have just got another head to port and polish and mill. I also have a JDM intake manifold(runners are larger than usdm manifold.) And a Gsr throttle body.
??'s How much can I port and polish the manifold? After the manifold is complete I would have to match port the Z6 head to the manifold(intake side). Is it a good idea to match port the exhaust or just clean it up. Also what's a safe milling measurment for the head? .025 or less. How about porting the T/B and match port the intake to T/B.
A stage 1 cam is the goal to use. I could use any info thanks

What are your HP goals, what route are you going(na or FI) and what kind of driving will the engine see(daily or weekend)...it would be best to clean up the intake side of all casting flaws, and mainly work the bowls...the port entrance doesnt need to be enlarged greatly,as its basically just a part of the intake manifold.Port matching the intake manifold to the head isnt necessary, just make sure that the intake manifolds ports arent smaller than the heads ports, using the gasket to compare. If youre using a gsr throttle body, port match the intake manifold to the throttle body,or else you wont see any gains from it.And the exhaust side of the head doesnt need to be port matched to the header, just cleaned up and enlarged slightly. The header ports should be bigger than the exhaust ports, this will help anti reversion of the exhaust gasses. As for how much to mill, leave that decision up to the machine shop who is doing the work.

Well to start off I have the Zex dry kit installed w/75shot. I would guess by porting and polishing, milling looking to bump hp w/ no nos maybe 15-20 or so hp or is that low? Also am looking for a p72 ecu. I drive the car daily and it sees track duty on the weekend bout 3 -4 times month. Right now i'm running 14.38 w/ zex and i'm spinning like mad in 1st gear. I am looking for 13in slicks and of course in fear of snapping another axle like I did at our IDRC race in phx. what a bummer. open for suggestions.
