i asked this yesterday but how do I get the messenger

people well have this message sent to me but I cant write them back is it because I'm a trial member if so then how long does the trial thing last for again

it's the damn trial user status....there's a certain set number of posts you have to make before you are actually a member here. sux *** bc you're limited to 5 posts w/in a 24 hr period until you get over the trial status...and certain members tend to prey on forum newbies...

we just gotta wait it out man. i just hope some of the attitudes will change after this damn smiley face trial avatar goes away

trial user faq
all new members are trial users for 20 days. you may view any forum except the moderators forum... you may participate in any TECH and MODEL SPECIFIC forum. all the other forums do not allow trail user access.

your "trial membership" will last for 20 days after which time you may post anywhere except moderator's forum. hang in there and learn from the tech forums.
