Default JDM FRONT END (HEADLIGHTS FLUSH w/ BUMPER)

ok my headlights are aligned with the fenders and hood. but the headlights are not flush w/ the bumper, it's hanging out a bit less then 1cm. some people tell me that their front end is the same, some tell me that they are perfect and the lights are not sticking out at the bottom compared to the top of the bumper.

don't know if you guys can visualize this, but hope u can help... somebody told me to push the light assembly in further, but then it can't because it's already aligned with fender and hood and can't go back any further...

be advised that some of the horizontal alignment in the headlight beam pattern is in the physical alignment of the headlights themselves. jdm headlights are biased towards the left, as they drive on the left side of the road and seeing the curb is more of a priority, so after you've done your aiming, it's possible the lights may be "out".

my passenger one aligns fine. my driver's one does not. it's nowhere near the bumper or the grille.

thanks... so most important is that i align the lights and the beam pattern so that it's straight... and it doesn't matter if it sticks out?

yep they are... but that's the best they can do... coz there's no more space... unless pushing the fenders back...
