Default tensioner loose for timing belt... now what?

i have a b16a in my civic si and i am trying to get the timing belt back on to my cam gears... i loosed up the tensioner bolt some, now what do i do?

These guys have a nice writeup on it (same procedure for your engine). Remember to keep it tight between the cam gears and the exhaust gear and crank sprocket when installing, and you'll be set.
