Road trip... wish us luck
Tomorrow, Wednesday, about 9AM we'll be starting a massive road trip in my R.
I bought a one way ticket for goern-r to fly into Buffalo and we'll be tackling a 30 hour road trip into Phoenix. Driving straight-though we should arrive Thursday night.
I'm trying to reach the all elusive 30K mile plateau.
Place your bets now on:
A) number of tickets we might rack up.
B) how fast goern-r will try to get my R while I'm asleep in the passenger seat.
C) how long it actually takes us.
D) that I might regret taking a road trip with an H2 challenge driver.
If nothing else, wish us luck and wave to us from the overpass...

C) You're never going to get there after getting pulled over going 140+!!!
D) Regretting telling your cellmate that you give good backrubs.
LOL, just kidding. Be safe, switch drivers so no one starts to get sleepy at the wheel, eat lots of greasy road trip food..... have fun!!!!

Good luck and be safe. I think the midwest is having tornado issues, so be careful. Definitely take tons of pics and post when you get a chance.

You guys planning on going through Chicago?
Oh, and David is right - BAD weather everywhere from Indy probably out to KC. Especially in chicago - its been on/off NASTY for a few weeks.

St.Louis is just as bad.. had a funnel cloud blow over while out to dinner with my parents Thursday night(actually about 20 mins. outside St. Louis in IL).. watch for the thunderstorms, most likely in the evening/overnight..
