Default Which direction coolant flows thru rad????

I need to know which way coolant flows thru the rad. I'm plumbing my turbo water pump to the upper and lower rad hoses and i want it to be "going with the flow" I have no idea.

Actually since when the thermostat opens coolant flows thru the rad, so it must be in the top rad hose and out the bottom rad hose right?

Coolant flows downwards thru the radiator. So the upper hose flows from the engine to the radiator, and the lower hose flows back to the engine.

It's real easy to remember if you think of the radiator as a water resevoir or sump. There isn't always water at the top and if the engine had to draw from there, the pump would just try pulling air. The bottom always (unless you have a major problem) has water.
