Type-R Tranny with LS axles

Type-R Tranny with LS axles? Help!
Hey guys... I recently did a B20 swap with a Type-R tranny using my stock LS axles and noticed that now my axles are starting to make wierd noises and vibrations. I tried looking a search, but couldn't find anyone else with the same problem with mine. 
Should I switch the axles around, or get new ones specifically designed for an LSD tranny?

I thought they were the same. Hmm....maybe different from the factory, but all the replacement ones you get usually are the same between ITR/GSR/LS.
Only difference is the ABS, but that won't ruin anything.
You sure the sound is coming from the axles? Make sure everything is all tightened and whatnot? Could very likely be something small and stupid.
