When you guys replaced your shocks, did you replace the bump gaurds or find replacements with a poly/other material? If replaced...with what?

 

I replaced every bushing in my car with poly ones when I changed out my springs. You dont have to change them, its optional.

I used ES bushings everwhere.

 

Those kits dont inclide those big bump gaurds on the shock pistons.......

 

Ohh You mean those like big O shapped things that the spring actually touches? I thought you meant the bushings that the piston of the shock touches. If you mean the big O things, then there are no replacements for them in poly. I used my stock ones that were on there. No biggie

 

thanks, all they are for is if the shock bottoms out. Can't say that is necessary for those to be poly. I think I may do the poly kit that you were talking about. Will the rear sway bar bushings accept a larger aftermarket bar?
