I was on a camping trip out in the sand dunes this weekend, and this guy next to our site claimed he had a non-vtec Type-R that came stock with an automatic tranny. Has anyone ever heard of this? I called bullshit but he swears by it. He lives in the Woodinville, WA, so maybe you locals have seen. I dont know, I think hes full of ****. Just thought id see if i had reason to call bullshit on him or not.

Sounds like he needs to put down the crack pipe. I however do know this girl that has a auto ITR. Wait, don't jump to conclusions, she bought the car and unfortunately had a bad accident, she now has no use of her legs. She loves that car more then life. SO she simply converted it to JDM GSR auto. She had the GSR Auto tranny installed and the GSR auto ECU chipped to stock ITR specs. Honda has never made a Non-Vtec ITR with Auto and never will. Her car is one of a kind.

 

you should ask the guy where you can buy one, they gotta be a super-rare collectors item, b/c god knows i've never heard of one. SMACK HIM,RACE HIM,BEAT HIM,THEN SMACK HIM AGAIN FOR PUTTING YOU THROUGH THE TROUBLE OF PROVING HIM WRONG.
