what distributor do I use?

vtec distributor
i have a d16z6 head i just need to kno if i need a certain kind of distributor for vtec or if i can use any dist. of of a 95 civic, and another ? is how do i know what injectors are what numbers in doing an mpfi swap, but not using a resistor box, is it the same like would injector 1 be on cylinder 1
