Need advice on OBD-1 conversion
If this has been asked alot sorry, but I have looked and have not seen it so here it goes.
I bought a Locash racing ecu conversion harness with a subharness.
Shoud I use the OBD-0 conectors and solder the additional wires on.
Or use OBD-1 connectors using a pin extractor to remove all the OBD-0 plugs and putting on the OBD-1. If I go this route where do I get a pin extractor.
Or just say screw the plugs cut them off and solder the wires together.
Also I am having problems finding all the sensors I need to hook up (I know buy a chilton/hayes manual, I will)
IAB = what is this is it just a fancy way of saying secondary butterflies
Knock sensor = there is a big black plug on the rear of the block near the oil filter is this for the knock sensor
I think I have everything else I need I am going to the junkyard and want to know if I should buy the OBD-1 plugs.
Thank you in advance.

get a obd-1 four wire 02 harness and the obd1 dizzy harness and repin the obd0 plugs in the obd1 harness also the knock sendor is located just below your intake manifold it has a plastic connector on it

So I should go to the junkyard and get a OBD-1 harness or as much of one as I can get.
also the knock sendor is located just below your intake manifold it has a plastic connector on it
If it is a large black connector I found it.
