Here are some of the pictures I took this weekend. I had about 200 so I just picked a few I liked. I should have some video up in a little while.


















Saturdays course map. Sunday was pretty much the same but in the reverse diretion.


Billions of Cicadas were there. Had fun killing as many as we could.

 

Great pics! I was co-driving the the Toyota Starlet in SM2, and no, that wasn't me locking up the fronts in that last pic. This was my first tour event and I had a blast. Next time, maybe I'll take my car.

I would have never guessed anyone on here was driving that thing. I've got a couple more decent pics of it. I'll upload them in a second. Trying to finish up capturing video.

Yeah, the owner needed a co-driver so I figured I'd take the opportunity to try RWD. And just so you all know, yes, "that thing" is as fun as it looks.

Here are a couple. Yeah the digital race pictures are pretty pricey. I'm setting up a website right now for myself and will probably start selling digital pictures online. But for much cheaper. I won't do prints but maybe a few dollars a picture for high resolution. I need something to keep funding the racing.

All of the pictures I've posted were shrunk down for something like 2200x1400 resolution I think.

I'm using an olympus 4.0 mpix with 10x optical zoom. I have digital zoom disabled because it just makes everything blury. Its a great camera and a lot of features. I'm still learning with it and haven't even gotten the most out of it yet.

I do have some of 11/111 stx but they didnt turn out good. I'll try and upload one later.

Once again, THANKS goes to Ryan Thompson for letting me borrow his STS car for STX. I didn't have the Hoosiers for my MR2 to do the Tour, so I had to borrow something, and he came through!

Thanks also to Joel Ferhman, who helped me as codriver, and put together some good runs of his own to trophy in the car also....he also hadn't driven that car before the weekend.

Way to go. Street tires are fun....i had almost forgotten

 

Hey Ryan~ Great pics (is your digicam an Oly C-750?), and great vids. And congrats on your trophy. Hard to tell from you vids, but your car seemed even looser than ususal. And I really like the looks of that parking lot. Appears to have mucho plenty of room, with great elevation changes, and makes for a fast and challenging course. Might have to drive my **** up there one day...

It is the c-750. I just looked to make sure. The car is much looser now. I haven't been spinning lately so I took out some rear camber to help make it rotate more. Took a few runs to get used to it again but now its much faster again. Spun on my 2nd run on saturday. If it weren't for the 25mb limit on we-todd I'd be able to post a lot more videos.

 

Do you have anymore pictures of my car. It was "the pudding" I"m surprised people even took pictures of it . I guess its kind of worthly though considering chris was about to get 2nd place with it. Damn I need to learn how to drive my own car

I don't shave on race weekends... call it laziness, call it a habit...whatever

 

what kinda engines do those hatchbacks have? If you know specifically witch models have which engines. thanks! If not cool great pics
