90-93 halfshaft or 94+ halfshaft
The axle side of the intermediate shafts are different, because the driver side axles are different on the two vehicles.
The axle side of the 90-93 intermediate shaft is female (meaning the driver side axle slides into the intermediate shaft).
The axle side of the 94+ intermediate shaft is male (meaning the intermediate shaft slides into the the driver side axle).

Top to bottom: 94+integra, ef8/ef9, 90-93 integra
And a side shot to show that the 90-93 axle is "female"

The 94+ int. shaft doesn't have this hole in it (for the axle end to fit in).
