Don't count on getting merchandise from him. I paypal'd him funds on May 7th, 2004. Today is May 30th, 2004. Nothing.

I hesitated to make this thread, hoping there was a logical reason for no money/no rack. But when I looked at his for sale thread - https://honda-tech.com/zero...age=3 - It seems I'm not the only one "waiting" for merchandise.

I'm glad it was only $50 on my part. I wanted to make the other HT users aware so they would not get scammed as well. I still will not give up on the money. Whether it has been $1 or $2000. I have and always will fight for for it.

This thread will be deleted when everyone is reimbursed. Hell will probably freeze over before that happens though...

i paided him 30 bucks for a smoked amber corner ( driver's only) a jdm switch however i never got responds from him... its been a month, i doubt i would get my momney back tho, #$#$ u scammer

 

Damn sorry about your luck. i was going to buy some items from him, and now i am glad that i did not.

 

as i've stated through various pm's, emails, im's etc with several members i have been in quite a difficult situation lately. i'm not going to sit and make excuses about it....simply apologize.

so here's the breakdown. all packages have been shipped, or will be in the mail tomorrow. i will contact everyone with their approiate tracking numbers. again, i do apologize for all the inconveniences. i understand the posting of this thread, and everything else.

aber : sorry bout the rack. i did explain at the getgo that it'd take a few days...you got impatient and filed w/ paypal while i was out of town...that's ok. i thought'd they'd refund the money. i'll authorize your refund asap.

sam : your paypal refund request was also recieved. as said above, i'll contact you with tracking info no later than tomorrow evening, along with everyone else. as we talked about before, you can just resend the funds just contact me when the package arrives to sort it all out. i'll include my number with the email regarding the tracking info.

Between those two IM messages, I'm not sure how I was impatient. But that's okay. My reasoning for filing with paypal? I had no contact with you after the 11th and it wasn't looking like there would be any further contact on your part. As long as this gets worked out for people, I will be pleased.

I give you credit for confronting this situation rather than hiding from it, like some people have done.

 

Anarchyfox is a good guy, he dropped off my rear strut bar with a broken toe... about 45 min drive and he was still willing to bring it... i dont believe he is a scammer just busy.. you guys will get your stuff as he stated.

As for Javier (Jxmmart@aol.com)...this has been an interesting transaction. He acts like there has been a huge shipping delay...etc., but it's simply not the case. You all know I've been quick to admit all my shortcomings as a seller with all of you lately. And I refuse to do that with this situation. I've actually bent over backwards and went out of my way for the guy. I lost local sales on the springs he bought JUST to HOLD them for him. Without any payment. Then he paid me via echeck w/ paypal and got angry with me when i explained the check had to clear before i even had the funds...and then i would need the few days to transfer funds to my account. His item just cost 25 to ship, out of the 115 shipped that he paid, when I could have made 100 local pickup. So I've done a lot for this guy...returned his emails...etc.

From what i have read here, it sounds like he's a pretty cool guy. Circumstances beyond people's control always happen and it simply messes **** up. This guy confronted the situation like someone else stated and is working to take care of the problems. You rarely see these kinds of resolutions. But i dont blame you guys for being pissed off in the beginning...
