Maximum Timing advance of a P13 ECU ?

Just to make sure that I completely understand... you are talking about advancing timming to gain a few extra ponies and it should be ok to advance timming 25-27 at wol from 5k and up, right?
If not how much can I advance my timming safely and effectively to gain a little bit more power?
I am going to the dyno sometime soon adn want to know all the tricks I can think of. I am also going to dyno with adn without my power steering belt and see what the difference is. I'll let you all know as sooin as I get it figured out.
