Default JDM cluster

im having problems w/ my cluster...apparently i did buy a bunk cluster and the guy i bought it from is being less then helpful about giving me back my money .... well heres wats wrong w/ it....the heat gauge is zeroed in at about 1/3 (the temp when ur car is already warm)....the speed is a lil more jacked up....it resets to zero when there is no power at all hooked up to it, but when u hook up the power and leave the car off....it goes up to 20 km/h and when the ignition is on the ON position it jumps up to 60.....i opened it up and tried to tinker w/ the gauges and try to reset them but have no clue how to...anyone have any clue how i can adjust this??

actually i just realized by taking out the gauges and puttin them in my usdm one does the samething as just removing the circuit from my usdm cluster and puttin it on the jdm one...which i had already dun....so i cant figure it out at all

I have a 94 GSR and i put the JDM ITR cluster in my car. Direct plug and play procedure. Not sure if the newer tegs are different though. If they are not, you got a bunk cluster.
