OT: Honda dominates Indy 500! (spoiler)

Happy for Honda but IRL sucks. Its almost worse as NASCAR going around in circle!
At least in the old CART days, there were some High tech cars and technical skills in driving. All that money wasted just for the 500.

not sure how many of you have ever been to indy, but growing up in Indiana this race was always alot of fun for me. the cars are more high tech than they have ever been, espically with the rule changes this year, going from a 3.5L to a 3.0L and still running 220mph. the driving might not be as techinical as a road course, but it is far from easy. my .02

I wouldn't give the IRL the honor of being called the "Americanized version of F1". CART is much closer to being F1. Back in the days when Zanardi was racing, CART was MUCH more interesting than F1. Now its just blah... kind of a crying shame what the poor management at CART turned that league into.
As for IRL, I see more similarites with pro-wrestling and roller derby than F1!
