Default another 98+ conversion question... bulbs and bulb brackets compatible?

I'm sorry I know this has been beaten to death, but in all the threads I see, people say all you need are the bumper, headlights, and new corner-light casing. But does that mean the bulbs are inter-changeable? Can I just take out the headlight n high-beam bulbs from my 97 headlights and stick'em into the 98+ headlights? And... can I just use all the wiring + brackets for the cornerlights from my 97 and attach it to the new 98 cornerlight casing?

everyone says all you need it just the bumper cover, headlights and bumper lights because thats all you need. everything else just swaps rite over/

so to answer your question the bulbs will fit.
