WTB: '94-'04 Integra IACV (idle air control valve) and stock front black seat belts

I am looking for an IACV (idle air control valve) in great working condition (the newer the better) from/for 1994 Integra GS-R. Also, looking for stock black/charcoal front seatbelts + buckles (entire retracting assembly + belts and buckles) in good condition (no stains, or rips, etc.) from a 94-01 Integra.
