Like to congratulate Jen and her awesome performance today at Toronto Motorsports Park in the CSCS.ca racing series.

She won the All-motor class in a awesome final running an 11.39@113.9 mph

This also sets a new canadian record for an all-motor sport-compact entry.

Good Job Guys.. It looked like Jenn spun quite a bit on the 60ft. Was a close race, but the EG prevailed over the CRX (Bruno) in the top.

We hope to have our CRX (Vibrant Performance CRX) out for the next event, just have to finish all the small little stuff and then get it to the dyno. All-Motor should be good once the whole field gets their cars on the track.

I'll try and take some pics of the car tonite and i'll post some later.

Congrats guys on breaking the record on your first canadian debut, that's awesome. that'll be a 10 sec car for sure once you get all of the bugs out.

It was a great day for racing.. I had a ton of fun making my first event. Too bad we had fuel issues in the first round of elims. It woulda be more fun to be knocked out by you guys in the 2nd round.

Mark, sorry bro but this post is about DOV and JEN, No harsh feeling but I think there is no need to plug you and you team in this post, If you want to plug your car, or the Vibrant car please post a new thread none related to this one. DOV and JEN worked really hard to achieve what they have done so let give them all the love and encouragement that is it.

As for more to the stroy.. Come on guys, get real.. I'm a new member to the Vibrant CRX team this year. Yeah, I did tune the car last year, but trust me, I'm not proud of that setup. 3 different tuners all came with 1hp of what I tuned that car at.
This year I promised John I would help him with the All-Motor Car and that is one of the reason you did not see my Mazda Miata Racing at the CSCS event yesterday.

Personally, I don't think there is more to the stroy.. I chilled with Dov yesterday and we musta chatted for almost an hour.. John (Driver of our CRX) and Jenn also chatted and hugged also

There is no story.. I just wanna see more cars out.. Only 3 of the All-Motor RACE CARS were out yesterday and 2 street cars working for points..
Can't wait to see 8 race cars, not like yesterday with two 11 second cars.

I counted more then 3 RACE CARS

There was 7 cars total in the class.... was there not???

2. Bruno
3. ME - Bill KSR Civic
4. Rocco
5. some VW beetle.


then a couple of civics getting points.

Now we didnt make it past the first round, and werent running strong, ( best being 12.6@ 104MPH )

There was only 2 of you in the 11s.

Again... I had a good time, and hope to do better in the future... it was my fisrt time running a event in a headsup class.

It was good to see that A/M had more cars then the Pro 8 class...

 

What were payouts?

 

Sheesh.. I fogot Rocco and the Beetle.. The Beetle was disapointing.. I expected 11s or 10s from an NA Air-Cooled VDub!

A/M alway has more than the Pro Compact guys.. That's normal.. I thikn Paul B is getting bored of wining by BUS lengths...

I've had a lot of fun working on the car with John. John has done an amazing job of the car and spent tons of hours on it. I then got involved with the wiring and ECU section of he car. I'll be tuning the car again, but this year I will be using the FJO 341B ECU and Wideband (Same setup I have run on my car for 2 years now). The DFI gen 7 worked, but I just did not like it..

John and I would love to se some cars form the USA at our local tracks racing us.. We do plan on crosing the border to race also..

I'll try and get a few pic tonite of our CRX and i'll post a new thread
