well last few weeks every once in a while my idel goes for **** and starts missing very bad ....but upder load it seems fine but a little laggy in the trhottel ...
well i lifted the hood to check my fpr gauge and to my suprise i though i had a fucked motor but it turned out to be a really loud injector....you could hear it over the motor ...and my fuel pressure gauge jumps about 3 to 5 psi at idle and it seems to move dead on with the injector ticking ......

does that mean its done or am i missing somthing

Try running injector cleaner, fuel pump/fuel filter good?
