My car idles low only when I step on the clutch...

My car idles low only when I step on the clutch...
I got a b18b in my 92 civic hatch with a pr4 (93 Integra ecu) and My car only idles low when I step on the clutch..... other than that it idles perfect when my foot is not on the clutch... Does anybody know what makes this happen???... thanks in advance...
