how much is it to resurface the block? ls vtec related too so plz read this see can u help

blown headgasket or head.......going do ls /vtec but how can i tell if my block is bad?
i had a busted radiator and overheated my car......i probably just blown my headgasket, but there is a possiblitiy that i might have warped my head.....my setup is b18b1/gsr tranny/turbo/93hatch/450cc/safc.......if my head is toasted, i am going to go do ls/vtec.....and i am told that i might need to resurface my block....how much does that cost? Also, what is a good price for a b16head? What should it include?

Can someone fill in the stuff i miss, cuz i dont really know in depth of what i need for ls/vtec........

timing belt?
b16 head studs?
b16 ecu?
