New to site please help.... JDM type R cluster swap
I bought the cluster for my 97 integra LS thinking it was plug and play but obviously not. When i plugged it up the fuel guage pegged out on empty, but everythiing else worked fine. Any help would be more than appreciated to the new guy.
Thanks
Thanks
what year is your cluster ? you can always take out the jdm gauges and install them on your usdm cluster panel . it should work that way , i did it to my spoon cluster .
i think it is out of a 98 jdm type r. thats a fabulous idea, but last time i tried to disassemble one it started to break so..... my confidence is not the best in the world. thanks!
I believe the faces are held on by screws in the rear. Unscrew the screws and swap them over. This is what I did in my old Civic. You can do it! (trying to boost your confidence)
Search! This topic was covered yet again just a couple days ago.
Just swap the green film on the back of the clusters.
