I wanted to A/F ratio guage on 98 Accord EX. Which wire on the ECU is the right one to tap in the wire to? I wanted to tap into ECU wires instead of the O2 sensor b/c I dont wanted to go under the car. Let me know guys thanks..a lot

 

get a helms maual, or something with the wiring diagram for the 98 accord. i have a 93 so im not sure if its the same. but you should look in the diagram for the wire that is the signal wire from the o2 sensor. it should drop form .1v to .05v. not sure what wire it is. i put in my a/f guage a while back

 

I need to put on the guage tomorrow thats why not time to order any book, so someone please help me out here..

sorry it took so long to reply, i went out of towne, and it is D14 on the 95 prelude and 93 accord. not sure what it would be on the 98 accord, but should be the same. It is the WHITE wire on the D plug going to your ecu. if you dont know what the D plug is, get a manual from discount or somehwere. it is the last one on the ecu. the A plug is the first one, and is the largest, B is the next one, and is the smallest, and D is the last one. there is no C, and they go in the order of A, B, D. hope this info helps

ecu is mounted under passenger side floor mat. you have to pull back the carpet on the passenger side, and there are 4 nuts and a metal braket holding the ecu down. take off the braket, nad the ecu is underneath.
