Default removing lowering springs and addind a coil over kit

whats up every one...im about to remove my neurospeed lowering springs and replace them with my tenzoil coil over kit...can some one please give me a run down step by step of what i need to do...thanks !!!!

It's actually really easy. Just remember, disassemble and then reassemble.

did you mean "neuspeed"? if so, why would you want to replace your good quality springs with crap?

I'd keep the springs if I were you, unless you like a bumpier ride.

But seriously, if you've installed lowering springs, installing the coilovers will be a relatively similar install. You just might need a rubber O ring here and there, and you're set.
