Exhaust
This is the 3rd very basic post ive seen of yours today alone. You really need to explore the search function of this site rather than posting crap that has been exhausted so many times before. (haha i said exhausted, and its an exhaust post, double pun).
But anyways, the only things to be looked at in exhausts besides weld quality and materials used to prevent corrosion and rust (stainless steel is good), and ESPECIALLY the inner piping diameter of the exhaust, and to look out for power robbing bottlenecks in some aftermarket applications.
You definetly want to port-match, or basically get the same diameter sizes in your exhaust system to achieve the power goals you have set. If you plan on turbo, and get a 600 dollar 2.5" exhaust, you're wasting your money since its too small.
You'll also want to get the same diameters in the cat, as well as the header. You're trying to lego build your engine package and thats not the way to go.
I suggest http://www.team-integra.net 's articles. They are very informative, but the site is very strict, so dont go there posting this kind of crap, you'll end up banned. Good luck again.
