a few questions pertaining to fluids with a B18b

a few questions pertaining to fluids with a B18b
Well heres my questions
1. what type of oil do you guys reccommend for a b18b swap?
2. what brake fluid should i use for my clutch line an reservoir.. ( i doubt it matters)
3 what coolant do you think will be good for this swap
4.transmission fluid.. honda OEM or spend the extra cash and get some GM synchromesh?
5. And one more.. what power steering fluid should i use? Honda OEM?
and does anyone know how to bleed a power steering system?
and if anyone knows how much of each to get.. i think its safe to BUY 5 quarts of oil, 1 bottle of brake fluid, a bottle of coolant(50/50 mix with water), and 3 quarts of tranny fluid and a few bottles of P/S fluid..
