what exhaust is this?
hi everyone, i just came to ask some info on this civic. Ive had this picture for a long time, and Ive always wonderd what exhaust this was, as well as more info on the car, because i really like it.
i heard the owner posts on here, so i would like to try and get in touch with him.
someone said it was a apex N1, but it looks like its rounded where the canister and the tip meets. my only guess (most likely wrong) is a skunk2 with the angled part of the tip shaved down.

I think you mean GT II. I have the EX Mag, and it's an oval muffler, flat black, stock piping bends.

its probably an apexi n1 with custom piping. this guy did it also https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=834015 and also the gt II has a angle cut tip
well its not the piping im concerned about ( i got a miata, so its not gonna fit on my car
) but the exhaust itself. it looks rounded, where a N1 is straight cut.
i think im just gonna go with a skunk2, i like how they sound

i may be wayy off base, but i kinda remeber him saying it was custom piping with a veilside muffler. could be very wrong tho, nice eg

THAT IS A RSR GTII - YOU CAN TELL CAUSE THE PIPING GOES UNDER THE REAR AXLE, AND U CAN SEE THE SPRINGS THAT CONNECT THE 2 PIPES..... ONLY THING THAT KEEPS ME FROM SAYING THIS IS THAT THE TIP IS FLAT, NOT ANGLED. MIGHT BE SOMETHING ME OR NO ONE HEAR HAS EVER SEEN

you guys can stop arguing it's an n1! if you read the other thread the guy who owns the car said himself it's an n1...

No need to yell, especially when you're incorrect.

Yes its an N1, but which one. There are hundreds of n1 style mufflers out there, and thats not the Apexi N1.

well this will have to be my last post for the day, since im a trial user, but you dont mean a apex N1 do you? where the tip meets the cannister on a apex N1, its straight cut, and you can see the spot welds, i guess you would call it.
on this "n1" where the tip meets the cannister, its rounded, and theres not seams or welds, its just plain connected.
also this muffler is not shiny (i kinda like that) and almost all apex N1s stay somewhat "blingish"
