there is a lot of cutting involved...and u gotta hammer back the fire wall a bit...the motor is alot large and heavier than the b-series and d-series it will cause problems for handling...seen a couple over here but they are pure drag cars...i was actually looking at one today for a possible drop...but the motor was f*cked

no no those damm motors are ineficiant peices of shiot, whats the h22 putting to the ground like 180 hp or something liek that,i mean **** ya got the b16's over here with the 100% hp/fuel ratio (1.6 with a 160 hp) and then you got the h turds with nowere near 220 stock,(except the sh)but yea torque is nice though,i say screw the h series and spend the 5 grand on a true 2000 integra type r motor.thats my cents...

well i know that one of these motors is going in my rex. i have already talked to a shop that has done 3 swaps like this before. we know what we have to do and how to set up the suspension and all that. it won't be a drag car. oh and i am getting the 207 horse motor from jdm honda parts.

i say if you find a way to make it all work correctly, then do it......but make sure you get some drag radials to drive around in. if you're able to get it to work, please let me know because i will do it myself.....

I think that you should do it, sounds very cool, it might increase the cars weight significantly though, just a thought. Go for it.

My friend has had 4 different CRX's, 2 stand out: an 89 with a H22 swap and a highly modded ? (don't know the year) with a built and turbo'd D16A6...when I asked him which he liked better, he told me the D16A6, hands down...just seems to him the D16 CRX is more nimble, less of a hassle to drive and of course much faster....just my $.02.
