any stolen itr's in Sandiego lately that havent come up??
...found one in an ex-friends garage today..the paint was stripped off of it, but i could possible find the VIN, he has been reported, i would just like for whoever owned this to be able to sue him, and make him go away for a long long long time.
this was pretty recent, and i think it MIGHT have been a 98, because they said its impossible to steal the 00-01's. never know tho. let me know if you got yer R stolen lately in the SanDiego Area. ..btw it had a stock muffler on it if that helps...he tried to sell it to me. along with the 5 lug and interior and head.

Yup blame Canada....man there are so many posts on here of jacked R's its hard to remember if some one from San Diego lost theirs. Hopefully the owner will see this thread and reclaim their vengance.

get the vin# then take it to the cops they will tell you right there if its stolen?????

alredy been reported, as in the police know where vehicle is loacted. dont ahve a VIN tho, but positive on the itr being stolen, siad they got it from out of their area, out of east san diego area. and so far as catching thieves, thats my job. i would love to tell you guys how i catch them, but i ave caught too many. just meet a theif, act like u wanna buy **** from them then take sum info down like if you can find any numbers or anyhting like that then contact the police, they do the rest.
and i enjoy taking thieves down. makes me feel like I MADE the world a safer place

Good job!! What you described is probably a good way of helping catch theives. Pretend you wanna buy their stolen ****, get some info, and then relay that info to the police..

It could be from anywhere in Cali (and a lot of R's get stolen in cali sadly). Also since you are unaware of the color/year it could be anyones R that got stolen and never recovered. NJ on taking the bastard down, keep us updated.

UPDATE: car was dumped last night, but they think they are in the clear, just wait for tomarrow night when they get heisted with all their other cars. i wasnt able to find any VIN's, and thats too bad. i really wanted to find the original owner ....but ohh well at least he'll be charged with 12 cars in his possession. all stolen. so dont wory, hes going away for a long time.

There should have still been the VIN which is STAMPED IN THE STEEL on the firewall. Its just below the hood cowel thing, to the left of where the brake booster is... They probably missed that one, most people dont know its there... Also the VINs are etched on the glass (at least on the 00 and later) and on all the fenders, doors, hatch, hatch glass...
